TIAMD:Tools for Interptation of Microarray Data

The objective of this project is to develop new tools(or web interface to existing tools) so that user can analysis/manage/interprate their Microarray Data via Web. We will also install web server (public domain software only) which are free to academic users. For detail read FAQ on Microarray

Management of Microarray Data: Following database mangement package which are free for academic users have been installed at UAMS.

BASE (BioArray Software Environment): It is a comprehensive database server to manage the massive amounts of data generated by microarray analysis.
Management of Microarray Data : AMAD is a flat file, web driven database system written entirely in PERL and javascript, and intended for use with microarray generated data.

Primary Tools : Following tools have been develeod to assist the users in converting formats, compilation of raw data and for primary data analysis.

Excel2text:Converting your Excel File to text file which is frequently required in analysis of Microarray Data
SMD: Summary of Microarray Data SMD allow user to summay their results based on signal and gene expression
CRMAD: Compilation of Raw Microarray Data This server allow to compile raw data obtain from microarray plate reader for different samples into single file (data in standard format)

Analysis of Micoarray Data: We develoed web interface for following software, so analysis can be performed via web.

Analysis of Microarray Data by PaGE:This allows user to generate patterns from gene expression data by assigning confidence to differentially expressed genes.
